Returns

If you would like to return your items, no problem! Please see below for the terms of a return:

Returned items must be unused, unopened and in original packaging.

Any custom and personalised items are non refundable but if there is anything wrong with your order please do let us know straight away.

You have 14 days from the day your order was delivered to start your return,  Once you have started your return you have a further 14 days to return goods back to us for a refund.
 

Please note : Original postage, packaging and handling fees are non refundable and buyer pays for return postage

 

In the rare occasion any item is faulty please do contact us to arrange a refund or exchange
